FRANCIS PONS
President
Began his real estate career in Johnson Evans & Co. and Anstey Horne & Co. in London. In 1973 he moved to Spain where he opened the first Richard Ellis office in Madrid. He was responsible for the expansion of the company in Spain, and was President up until 1998. He also headed up their expansion in to Portugal and, in the 90’s, he combined his responsibilities as Vice-President of Richard Ellis International with the opening of new offices in Latin America. Francis was President of CBRE Latin America & the Caribbean for 11 years. He is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

JORGE HURTADO
Director
Graduate in Economics from the State University of New York at Stony Brook, with a Master in Business Administration / Latin American Integration from the Instituto de Estudios Superiores de Administracion (Venezuela). He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Urban Land Institute, Corenet and World City CEO Club. He has worked as director/partner of Valuation Research Suramericana in Venezuela, director/partner of Suramericana de Avaluos in Colombia, consultant for Colliers Interamerica in Miami and since 1999 for CB Richard Ellis Latin America & the Caribbean in Miami, where he has occupied several positions leading the Agency and Valuation and Consulting Areas, and more recently, as partner/director.

JAVIER MARQUINA
Director
Graduate in Politics & Economics from Oxford University, England, and has an MBA from Instituto de Empresa in Madrid, he began his career at Richard Ellis, Madrid in 1996. He worked in the Valuations and Investment departments before joining the CBRE Latin America & the Caribbean team in Miami in 2000. He was Regional Director of Investments in Miami until 2005, and then became Director from this point onwards. He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

KENT S. KERR
Director of the Caribbean
Graduate in Finance and International Business from Florida International University. He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. He began his career in real estate at Terrkerr Investments Ltd. in Freeport, Bahamas. He previously worked at CB Richard Ellis Latin America & the Caribbean in Miami as Director of Agency for the Caribbean.

TIM GIFFORD
Area Director, Capital Markets
Graduate with distinction in International Relations and Economics from Colorado University, Masters in Real Estate Investment and Development from Cass Business School, London, and an MBA from Instituto de Empresa, Madrid. He is a member of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, International Council of Shopping Centers, Urban Land Institute and Appraisal Institute. He previously worked at Wachovia Securities, GE Capital, Remax Resort Properties, Percheron Group and CB Richard Ellis.

PAUL ADAN
Director of Hotels
Graduate in Hotel Management from the School of Hotel Management at Cornell University. He previously worked at CB Richard Ellis and has more than 15 years of experience in leading expansion projects for Hilton International, Sol Melia and NH Hotels in America.

LUIS VALENCIA
Area Director, Valuations, Advisory Services and Corporate Services
Graduate in Urban Planning from Simon Bolívar University in Caracas, and has a Master of Science in Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, specializing in finance. He previously worked at CB Richard Ellis.

MARION VON BOOR
Regional Director, Research
Graduate from the Academy in Economy and Administration, Lippstadt, Germany. Member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. Experience in advisory services and research in Europe and America. She previously worked at PIX/Atis Real and CB Richard Ellis.

Management Team
