Aguirre Newman’s Architecture Division has its own team of engineers who carry out all the necessary work to give properties (offices, shopping centers, industrial premises, hotels, etc.) the systems required in order to meet clients’ needs.
Taking the needs which have been defined as a basis, along with the draft design, the Architecture Division engineering team draws up an engineering plan, which includes:
- Telecommunications.
- Climate control, Ventilation and Extraction.
- Electrical system: wiring and power.
- Fire Detection and Protection.
- Plumbing.
- Security.
