Aguirre Newman’s Land Department ,offers developers, investors and tenants the land they need to begin work on their property developments, whether these be office buildings, shopping and leisure centers, industrial premises, residential properties, hotels, residences for senior citizens or logistics centers.
The Land Department is also responsible for marketing property in the process of being refurbished. In this area, we offer:
- Advising on the sale of individual assets or complete portfolios.
- Valuation of properties or property portfolios.
- Advising on marketing and preparation of printed sales materials
- Acting as representative during negotiation and closing with the interested buyer(s).
