The Foundation
The Aguirre Newman Foundation promotes and develops social interest activities related to the real estate sector, particularly promoting training, professional specialisation and social action projects.
The mission of the Aguirre Newman Foundation’s is to promote research and development in the real estate sector, especially in the areas of town planning, architecture, design and environmental protection and improvement. To do so, it supports training and specialisation for sector professionals, as well as public distribution of studies and initiatives that contribute to raising the public's awareness.
Furthermore, the Aguirre Newman Foundation carries out social action projects to improve quality of life among the disadvantaged, through three lines of action with social entities:
- Pro bono real estate consultancy services to provide these organisations with free access to our professional services
- Furniture donations; we channel furniture reuse or recycling for our clients.
- Servicios de accesibilidad de oficinas para personas con discapacidad.
- Support to Development Co-operation projects.
The Aguirre Newman Foundation is registered in the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sport's Protectorate's Foundations Register by Ministerial Order dated 14 November 2000, number 589. It was published in the Official Spanish Gazette (BOE) on 1 December 2000.
