Our affiliate office in Miami, Santa María Management LLC (AGUIRRE NEWMAN AMERICA), is the nerve centre of the AGUIRRE NEWMAN American network; as well as carrying out all of the advisory work in the Miami area, it is also the regional operating platform, co-ordinating work and projects being carried out in the area and advising local and international clients in the different phases of the real estate cycle.
SM Management Puerto Rico Inc. (AGUIRRE NEWMAN PUERTO RICO), is our affiliate office in Puerto Rico.
